1. Who we are
This site is operated by Vesper Talent LTD, trading as Vesper Talent ("we," "us," "our"). We're a creator management agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to vespertalentmanagement@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
When you fill out the application on this site, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your Telegram or WhatsApp handle, if provided
- Your answers to the application questions, including your current agency status, income range, platform following, and content preferences
- Basic technical data such as the page that referred you and your browser's user agent string
If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and the time zone/details needed to schedule that call, under Calendly's own privacy policy.
If you don't submit the application form, we don't collect any personal data beyond standard, non-identifying analytics (see Section 6, Cookies & Tracking).
3. Why we collect it
We use the information you provide to:
- Assess whether we're a good fit to work together
- Contact you about your application and, if applicable, arrange a call
- Keep an internal record of applicants
- Measure and improve the performance of our advertising, in aggregate and non-identifying form
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's described in this policy.
4. Who we share it with
Your application answers are stored in a private internal system (Google Sheets) accessible only to our team. Booking details are handled by Calendly. If you're contacted about representation and later sign an agreement with us, additional data may be shared with the specific platforms and tools used to manage your account, as set out separately in that agreement.
We don't share your application data with any other third party, and we don't sell it.
5. How long we keep it
If your application isn't successful, we retain your information for 7 days in case a future opportunity is a better fit, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you go on to work with us, your information is retained for the duration of that relationship and for a reasonable period afterward as required for our business and legal record-keeping.
6. Cookies & tracking
This site may use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and similar tools to measure how people interact with our ads and this page. This helps us understand which ads are working and avoid showing ads to people who aren't a good fit. This data is generally aggregated and not used to identify you personally, though Meta's own handling of this data is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not ours.
Calendly may also set its own cookies when you use the booking calendar on this page.
7. Your rights
We only accept applicants based in the United States, Canada, and Australia, so those are the privacy laws we've specifically built this policy around. Depending on where you're based, you have the following rights.
If you're in the United States (particularly California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a consumer privacy law): you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request a copy of it, request correction or deletion, and opt out of the sale or "sharing" of your data for targeted advertising. We don't sell your personal data. If you're a California resident, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
If you're in Canada: under PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and applicable provincial law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of it at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
If you're in Australia: under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and lodge a complaint with us or with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email vespertalentmanagement@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.
8. Age requirement
This site and the services described on it are intended solely for individuals aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. By submitting the application form, you confirm that you're 18 years of age or older. If we become aware that we've collected data from someone under 18, we'll delete it promptly.
9. International data transfers
We only accept applicants based in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Because our team and the tools we use span across these countries, your data may be transferred between the United States, Canada, and Australia as part of how we operate. Each of these countries has its own data protection framework, and we take reasonable steps to handle your data consistently with the applicable law of the country you're in.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of this site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
